1. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth, and they held our bags in a secure room after check-out although we weren't flying out until 8 p.m. Great hotel, will DEFINITELY stay here again on our next trip to Chicago.

7. My stay was nice, however the weekend I visited the hotel was solid booked so there were a number of people being serviced in the lobby during check-in and check-out and during check-in there were only two receptionists.

10. At this point an irate middle-aged woman who arrived about 20 minutes after us and was waiting in the lobby like us came up to the desk demanding her suite be ready and asked for a late check-out and amazingly the room was ready and the front desk granted her a 2 pm checkout.
