Described on Hotwire as 4 stars with Amenities: Boutique Hotel, Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access, Golf NearbyRate paid was $146 for late September (During Gourtmet Wine Festival)Pros: Perfectly located at the top of Maginificent Mile; on the same block as 900 Mall; near all the high end street shops; safe and clean location (eventhough homeless people sleep at the church on the corner of Delaware and Michigan); within a $10 cab ride to the Bean and Museum Campus; Friendly Front Desk staff (let me check in at 8am); clean room and bathroom; no bedbug issue (despite what some google hits reveal)Cons: Only 2 elevators that service the entire building, and the actual elevator cabs only fit about 6 people; Plumbing can be loud from units beside, above, and below; doormen not really attentive unless they can make tips off of you; closest subway stop is State/Chicago which is about a 10 minute casual walk; interior style is a bit old which is why most guest were aged 50 and over; hotel restaurant/bar looked run down and rarely busy (you are better off going to Rush street).
