1. The hotel itself is nice but certainly not a four star.

4. I only have two complaints - (1) they make you pay $9.95/day for Wifi (which is typically free at most other hotels I've stayed at), and (2) no coffee maker in the rooms (but it is free every morning in the restaurant area).
