1. It's also very close to lots of restaurants like Ditka's (yes, as in the famed Chicago Bears coach), Dublin's Irish pub, Lou Mannati's (excellent deep dish pizza), Ralph Lauren grill, Hugo's Frog Bar, Pippin's, etc. We walked everywhere comfortably or bought cheap bus passes to go further since it was pretty cold.

7. We recommend that the hotel provide either a coffee maker in the room or offer a free coffee bar in the lobby for their guests because room service is non-existent.

9. If it had a better bar/restaurant on site then it would have been just perfect but the bar and restaurant are independent of the hotel and so the lack of appeal may not be down to the hotel but it is something that they do need to work on.
"Location and Comfort " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/5/2009 Vote
10. Till they do, cocktails at the signature room, 96 floors up the Hancock represent great value when you consider the views no charge for entry and are cheaper than the attached bar to the hotel.
