1. The suite was lovely and quite large and there was no problem with plugging in my computer and mobile phone, however, there was still the issue of the shower and the Internet was very unreliable.

4. we stayed at the Whitehall for 5 nights and were very satisfied with all aspects the location could not be better only a block from Michigan Avenue, the reception was friendly and helpful as well as a concierge they have a self service information computer in the lobby which allows you to get information on all the local interests and to check in and print your airline passthe suite ( superior king on 11th floor ) was a very good size, bed was comfortable with luxury linens , bathroom was small but clean and good shower.

5. small, old style, very well located, value, interesting and different rooms (latest was an upgrade to a huge suite with grand views), some high quality aspects (beds and linens!) more than outweigh the negatives.
