1. But the only incident which we as a family did not appreciate was that, after getting help from the concierge in getting a cab enroute to the airport to NYC, and loading our bags into the van, and ALTHOUGH we tipped the concierge manager (thinking he would share the tip with the doorman who helped with the bags), the doorman was incredibly rude to us and made a big fuss about not tipping him.
