5. We never received a bag and when I called to inquire about it, the management made excuses about why the bags were not handed out (they couldn't find the wedding guest list, they couldn't read the hand writing on the labels, they were too busy to focus on welcome bags at the time of check-in).

6. Check-in was a breeze and we made our way to the small elevator and got out on the 3rd floor.

7. We arrived early at 12:15 pm and got right into our rooms, check-in was easy and went right to our rooms, 1702 and 1703 both corner rooms.
