7. very pleased we stayed at this hotel--california street-- cable car stop--Rochelle at check-in was very pleasant--Ric Lee and Shah the Concierge's were very knowledable and helpful-- we ate dinner and breakfast at Aurea[hotel restaurant]--very satisfied --we would definitely stay again at this hotel.
