3. Check out the Tongo room at the Fairmont Hotel across the street for happy Hour cocktails with appetizers or go up the hill a little to the Top of the Mark Lounge at another hotel for drinks, a great view and ambience.

7. Cable Cars were right below and while I could hear them dinging all day long - was a nice happy sound (if noise bothers you suggest an inner view room - no view then ).
