1. Ann Marek front office manager is on top of the operation--assisted by Emad, Rochelle, Jarrett, they make everything work and work well---Ric Lee Conceirge is one of the best--he knows San Francisco--Bellman Joshua a native new Yorker is a real plus for this hotel--Mark Gleason wine sommelier and restaurant manager is an added plus.

3. This hotel had the new trendy Marriott makeover a few years back, so be prepared for lots of low, sleek furnishings and new age music in the common areas.

4. We stayed at the Renaissance Stanford Court between Christmas and new Year, originally we were only going to stay one night but the hotel was in such a good location, the beds amazingly comfortable and so quiet (no traffic noise.
