7. Service people were very nice, but I was a bit disappointed whenever I called the front desk staff, who seemed rushed and not particularly accommodating, especially after reading all the good service reviews.

9. The main reason I am giving the hotel the highest rating is that once I explained I am a light sleeper and that is why I request a high floor in a quiet area, the front desk employee was sympathetic and did everything possible to accommodate me.
