1. This hotel is a gem, elegant and understated, located in one of the best areas in San Francisco (close to all the grand and pricey hotels) and in the center of everything.

3. Very friendly check in staff, gave us a great room on the corner of the bulding (bigger than the other rooms) Our room was a twin, 2 huge doubles, very comfy, mattress toppers, best nights sleep ive had in a while.

7. To my surprise, it was quiet - despite the connecting door, which I try to avoid the best I can at hotels, but this time they were pretty booked, so not many room options.

Ann Marek front office manager is on top of the operation--assisted by Emad, Rochelle, Jarrett, they make everything work and work well---Ric Lee Conceirge is one of the best--he knows San Francisco--Bellman Joshua a native New Yorker is a real plus for this hotel--Mark Gleason wine sommelier and restaurant manager is an added plus.
