1. We only used the tram once as the $6 cost for a one-way ride meant it was cheaper for the 4 of us to get a taxi (although you can purchase 1/3/7 day tram passes which is better value).

It's true that in the lobby there is a free wifi spot but I've got free wi-fi in room even in cheaper hotels and also Motels so by my point of you is a shame that in an hotel of this category the wi-fi in the room is not free and included in the room fare,this is the reason why I give an average rate instead of an excellent one.

7. It got so annoying that we would intentionally avoid walking by him since we had no interest in booking a town car when the taxi suited us perfectly and was $20 cheaper.
