1. There is a very good gym on the first floor - free weights, nautilus equipment, plenty of cardio equipment, stretching area, stretching balls.

It's true that in the lobby there is a free wifi spot but I've got free wi-fi in room even in cheaper hotels and also Motels so by my point of you is a shame that in an hotel of this category the wi-fi in the room is not free and included in the room fare,this is the reason why I give an average rate instead of an excellent one.

8. As a luxury/business hotel, Internet should absolutely be free -- if we're spending time in the city and in our rooms doing business, we shouldn't have to pay for internet every night.

10. The Ghiradelli Chocolate store is there and they provide a free sample of their chocolate, but overall, the store is quite small, crowded and expensive.
