8. I had an issue on my first night due to a foul smell in the room (drains or air con), when the problem was raised with the front desk they were very apologetic and placed me in a suite on the top floor, so that can`t be bad.

10. The shower soaps are kind of musky-smelling, and not to my taste, but the drugstore is really cloase and you can get something you like better in no time.
