2. They however, were extremely nice and or though busy, able to maintain a smile and were pleasant to deal with (shame they had to deal with him to get our drinks).

3. Sadly though it`s getting to be more common to be charged (as it is in the UK) which is a shame - Sofitel should do what a couple of other good hotel chains are doing and include it in the price.

5. The corridors of hotel are a bit dark and not too stylish which is a shame as the rest of the place is attractive.
