1. Went out by 8am and came back at 5pm for 3 days and room still not cleaned instead of hotel being sorry they kept accusing us of having do not disturb sign out, we said no and when we had to ask the 2nd day again they accused us again of having sign out.

2. The only minor downside is that the room doors seem to slam when they shut and this (along with a couple arguing in the corridor late one night) did disturb us a little.

3. They heeded our Do not disturb sign since that meant we weren't in the room and the dog was alone.

4. There were obviously too many people in the room, not to mention the halls, the hotel never offered to move us or upgrade us, the party was never shut down, there was never any follow up from the hotel to us, and they seemed incapable of handling the disturbance.

5. The only negative point that I have is that our bags were kept in a 'secure' room whilst we finished a conference, we subsequently found out that someone's purse had been stolen and some other bags disturbed.
