1. Wallpaper was peeling off - the furniture was scratched and broken - the bathroom barely had enough lights - there was no fan - the shower was small and the TV reception on every channel was snowy.

6. We noticed one of the cabinet doors under the TV was broken when we opened it; totally not a problem to us, but we mentioned this to the front desk and it was fixed immediately.

7. There was a free computer station in the lobby, but when I was staying there the printer was broken, and I suppose I could have the concierge print my documents for me, but I could never find him/her when they were needed.

10. The reason I gave the Sofitel 4 and not 5 stars ? There was a used bar of soap from the previous guest sitting in the bottom of the shower stall, and the toilet (flusher) was broken.
