5. I did not take issue with this, as rules are rules, but I had read so many reviews where people said early check-in was no problem for them.

6. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful towards us at all times, and let us store our bags there while we tooled around the city before check in with no issue at all.

10. The staff is attentive and always greets me as I come and go and the few times that I've had an issue (ex: accidentally dropped key card down ice bucket machine shaft which also meant locked out of room.
