1. Room 624 was large if a bit oddly arranged with case and seating furniture set hard along one long wall, presumably to keep floor area open as I noticed it was one of the hotel's handicapped accessible rooms -- also with a rather oversized bathroom with good towels and L'Occitane amenities.

2. Pets are also allowed on certain floors in this hotel--we stayed on the 5th and there was a barking dog but you hardly hear anything when you are in your room.

3. Why on Earth would I want to go back? In addition, I only live a few blocks from the hotel, this would hardly be a treat- only a return to the scene of the crime committed against us.

5. It's hard to specify quantities well, since the door hanger doesn't really allow for a lot of description.

6. A few quibbles (or I would have given it five stars): No room upgrade per my reservation agreement (although as another poster said, I forgot to mention it) and no internet access (computers in the 'So Connected' lounge weren't working for me - although thanks go to Suzanne who tried hard to help me).

9. they could go a little further and add some weights to the doors so that they won't slam so hard when you close them.
