3. During our past stay there was a minor problem with the reservation and we were put in a smaller room (which really wasn't a problem) -- the management was extremely apologetic and gave us free parking for the weekend and coupons for free drinks.

4. I had an issue on my first night due to a foul smell in the room (drains or air con), when the problem was raised with the front desk they were very apologetic and placed me in a suite on the top floor, so that can`t be bad.
