2. I've broken the review into 3 separate sections in order to be fair since the service for the restaurants were awful and the front desk was sometimes inadequate and confused (but not every time)1.

7. I`ve stayed in two other 'tourist class' hotels in Philly recently, the Omni and the Radisson and each are awful compared to the Sofitel.
