2. A pet hate of mine is having to pay for internet access (for each appliance ie lap top I phone etc) when you are paying a high price for a room whereas you can buy a cup of coffee in the cafe nearby and get free access.

4. How does one choose?? If you are like me and hate spending hours researching reviews, blogs, etc and asking around, you may be taking a huge risk when booking rooms in a strange city.
