3. We came back after 3pm to get our rooms and when we asked if the rooms could be beside each other (since we were told they had no connecting rooms upon arrival) she answered very rudely that we were lucky to even be on the same floor.

4. When we asked if at least one room was ready the front desk lady (who had an accent-possibly french) was very rude and said to come back after 3pm.

8. Every other staff person, from the bellhop to the bartender, treated us with indifference boardering on rudeness.

10. He finally called me and issued a somewhat lukewarm apology, admitted that they have this dangerous circus in their portico every week, and tried to peruade me that the rude staffer at the front desk is really a great guy.
