1. In my many years of travel, this is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
"Serious invasion of privacy and property - wouldn't stay here again if it was free " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/26/2012 Vote
2. But the worst was the alarm.
"Great access to parks but they sure nickle and dime you on everything... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/12/2012 Vote
3. Opening the door we found a dark, dreary and dingy room with scratched and dinged walls, tears in the bed linens, a first floor unit with exterior door latches literally falling off, a threadbare and torn bath mat, hairs all over the bathroom and worst of all, what appeared to be coffee spilled and splattered down the front of the bathroom cabinetry.
"Only positive is early access to the parks " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/18/2012 Vote
4. While the resort was beautiful to walk around, and the pool was very nice, I did not think it was worst the extra cost when compared to the other Universal resorts (The Hard Rock Hotel--which would have been about $70 cheaper per night and the Royal Pacific Resort--Wich would have been about $90 cheaper per night).
"Great resort, but not worth the extra cost over the other Universal Resorts " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/3/2012 Vote
5. The worst area was reception and carpeted walkways, they all needed painting (I know it was themed to look old) but the walls were scuffed and the carpets were filthy dirty.
"Dirty, tired and in need of refurbishment - how can this be 5* " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/20/2011 Vote
