4. Columbus Day and an Italian food and wine festival weekend to name but two, the car park on all of these occcassions was full and we found ourselves unable to find a space, I find this unacceptable.

I hate to mention this, because the staff at the hotel is always genuinely friendly, but we had an unacceptable disappointment, probably more a reflection of how rude/selfish/poorly educated our society is becoming, and the fact that the hotel has a pet friendly policy (I was told the Villas section where we stayed is off limits to pets, but once you are 'pet friendly', all bets are off).
