9. unfortunately, management has decided to drop room rates by 50% and open this property to local discounting, which has in turn turned this property into an affordable alternative for the 'NASCAR-full sleeve tattoo-Lary the Cable Guy' set, who would normally stay off property out on International Blvd.

10. to be the outstanding experience of our trip but unfortunately although the ROOMS, SERVICE and general hotel environment were all still wonderful we were seriously let down by the Concierge Club.
