1. We called the front desk to complain and request another room, but nothing was available.

2. Nice, pricey hotel, what u expect for resort, stayed 7 days, first nite they put us in a room in the construction zone, we complained n were moved to a villa from by the pool for the remainder of our stay and were compensated $100 credit so that was nice.
