The one drawback that made us quite mad (especially since it was raining so much which made it very inconvenient) was that of the many exits to leave the wing, there were only a couple of doors with card access back onto the wing (and no door with card access on the back of the wing) and the couple of doors with access DIDN'T work properly.

6. Our room wasn't ready at 4pm for another hour from check in time but the front desk staff upgraded our room to a Villa with the bay view due to the inconvenience.
