1. The 'piazza' is such that whilst you have an area to eat there was a tiny gap to the side of the table into the general bay area.
"Would never return " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/20/2011 Vote
2. Plus this room had a bathtub and a shower but the shower was tiny, smaller then those on cruise ships I've been on.
"Beautiful to look at, but bug infested " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/10/2011 Vote
3. The Room: mile high beds (w/ comfortable mattresses), furniture with plenty of 'dings'; no refrigerator, very odd furniture placement; poorly laid out bathroom (large room with a tiny corner shower), exactly 2 pictures (including the framed postcards in the bath); small TV; valance was unpressed and hung cockeyed; extremely heavy doors.

4. Pros: Great location with an easy boat ride to Citywalk and the parks, I could go from my room to the park entrance in about 15 minutes, Mama Della's was great, all the pools were outstanding, liked the gated a baby pool area for my 15 month old, awesome water slide, dinner at Mama Della's was wonderful, didn't feel super crowded even though it was spring break, the fast pass and the park being open an hour early for hotel guests was awesomeCons: Our non-smoking room smelled like someone was smoking in the bathroom (they did move us), AWFUL service by the pool, would not be worth the money if you weren't planning to spend a few days at Universal, something was wierd to me about the look of the hotel (like something was missing?), tiny room, slow service all around.
"Probably wold have been 4 stars if I were comparing to other Orlando hotels " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/29/2011 Vote
5. The $30 wand was broken the next day when dropped (discovered later a tiny sticker on the box that says 'wand is a collectible replica, NOT A TOY') Not that you would know this by the way they are being sold or promoted in the park.
"Not as good as it used to be " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/17/2010 Vote
