Pros: Great location with an easy boat ride to Citywalk and the parks, I could go from my room to the park entrance in about 15 minutes, Mama Della's was great, all the pools were outstanding, liked the gated a baby pool area for my 15 month old, awesome water slide, dinner at Mama Della's was wonderful, didn't feel super crowded even though it was spring break, the fast pass and the park being open an hour early for hotel guests was awesomeCons: Our non-smoking room smelled like someone was smoking in the bathroom (they did move us), AWFUL service by the pool, would not be worth the money if you weren't planning to spend a few days at Universal, something was wierd to me about the look of the hotel (like something was missing?), tiny room, slow service all around.
