2. All together for the very few who have had a bad experience at Portofino please go back and try again something went wrong or you are very fussy then just stay home lolllll I would go back there even just to enjoy the resort.

3. great service i only stayed one night since it was my son's class trip so i could not enjoy it the way i wished i could but for the little time i was there i could say it was nice the room was very pretty with a garden view it was very clean you could listen to the tv from the bathroom since they had built in speaker to the bathroom the beds where super comfortible when you stay there your room key serves as a quick pass to the rides at universal and island so that is great the restaurant pricey but great italiam food the parking 15 for self parking not bad i loved it but i didnt enjoy it the way i wished i could of i recommend it.

7. I guess the girl that checked us in was suppose to break the news to us about our accomodations but the story was so bad she elected not to.

8. We have had some bad service lately so I was happy to find such nice people to interact with at the front desk, pool, store, restaurant or wherever we went in the hotel.

9. As other reviewers have noted, the wi-fi connection (which costs $10 a day) is really bad and painfully slow (at least in the West Wing, where my room was).
