1. We cancelled our horrible airport transfer ( Tiffany Limousine Service was rude, expensive, promised an SUV and sent a grotty, old van) and used On-Demand instead.

TRANSPORTATION: This is one of the reasons that I cannot give the Hotel a 5-star rating - the boat shuttles are *horrible* for several reasons: First - they-are-slowwwwwww - I can jog faster than the boat travels (I have actually started jogging from the Hotel, and beat the boat to Universal easily); Second - they are not managed properly (the boats only seat a certain number of guests, and Universal does not put 'extra' boats in the water during high demand timeframes) - my entire group walked from Universal to the Hotel, and beat the boat that we would have ridden (and we did not walk fast).

4. We were allocated a room but it was horrible, it was dark and dingy and the windows appeared to be misted up within the double glazing unit (it was not the usual condensation on the outside that I have seen before) and the trees and shrubs were so overgrown that we felt like we were in prison.
