We cancelled our horrible airport transfer ( Tiffany Limousine Service was

, expensive, promised an SUV and sent a grotty, old van) and used On-Demand instead.

ness of valet drivers (when you don't provide tips every time they deliver your car) and the cost of parking.

My husband and I went down to the bar for a drink and the bar tender was
rude
and talked on the phone about his personal life and when he wasn't doing that he and another waitress were complaining about guests - again this should not have been done in front of hotel guests.

The check in was horrible for no one in the hotel you would think it wouldn't take no longer then 15 minutes the front end girl was
