1. The newly renovated rooms are nice, though the soundproofing is terrible, especially on the new doors which do very little to block out the noise of children running up and down the hallway, as they will always do in Disney (bless em).

2. For a long time I have intended to stay at The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress ment as I always liked the look, location & The Hyatt brand and so on The 6th of March my family & I fulfilled my wish when we castayed for 15 nights but I am terribly sorry to say we left very disappointed.

4. Should guests expect workmen to be going past their window on the 7th floor without warning - seriously ? And the grinding noise on the steel / concrete, especially in the dining room at breakfast, was terrible.

9. Has anyone seen any other property that charges a resort fee AND a parking fee?In the end, the real downside of this place is the terrible service.

10. It's not terrible, but it's not great area, espcially if you kids plan on visiting the pool often.
