1. The newly renovated rooms are nice, though the soundproofing is terrible, especially on the new doors which do very little to block out the noise of children running up and down the hallway, as they will always do in Disney (bless em).

3. We did know advance of our stay that there was going to be some repainting of the property however we were shocked at the level of noise form this work, which could be heard everywhere.

5. Should guests expect workmen to be going past their window on the 7th floor without warning - seriously ? And the grinding noise on the steel / concrete, especially in the dining room at breakfast, was terrible.

9. They credited him a game and credited our account due to the noise (which is 7 days a week from 9 to 5 we were told) but we have a hard time getting away and I'm sorry I wasted our chance to relax here.
