1. sad to say after many years I will not return to the Hyatt because of this parking issue.

Staff is all very friendly and we used the lincoln car service quite a bit and were very impressed with the drivers it was worth paying the little bit of extra money for the luxuryOverall we had a great time and were sad to go, next time we visit we will def be staying here and hopefully have more time to enjoy the amenities and restaurants.

4. From the moment we first saw the hotel as we pulled off the I4 until the moment we sadly departed two weeks later, the Grand Cypress was the setting for the greatest holiday that my wife and I could have ever had.

5. Did not have time unfortunately to use any other of the many facilities (check out their website for all that are available), so that was sad.

8. Lighting was poor, but aren't all hotels really bad at that? The clock radio near the bed was 1 hour, 25 minutes off (to the early side, so sadness to anyone who didn't notice and missed a plane.
