1. At these prices, the Hyatt is every bit as expensive as any of Disney's deluxe hotels but lacks the convenience.

3. Maybe it's tough to find great employees in Orlando, maybe training is lacking, or maybe Hyatt doesn't have to offer a great experience since Disney is so close.

6. One common theme in Orlando is the lack of service everywhere including the hotels; except for a few employees that seemed to be 'right on' when it came to service and customer experience.

7. The most serious complaint is a near total lack of electrical outlets in the room - there is a high tech looking set of connections to the TV (altough does anyroom really need to plug in an HDMI connection to the hotel room TV) - but nearly no useable outlets in the room.

9. Breakfast though a little expensive and not inspiring as we always had to eat out due to lack of variety and the golf course is one of the best i have played anywhere in the world especially the new course with a 45 holes to play there is something for everyone Julius.
