1. Well, you have to pay the activities fee, so I made the comment when I left that I was disappointed that my stay ended on a bad note.

3. For a long time I have intended to stay at The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress ment as I always liked the look, location & The Hyatt brand and so on The 6th of March my family & I fulfilled my wish when we castayed for 15 nights but I am terribly sorry to say we left very disappointed.
