5. The only negatives I can think of - and they aren't so horrible - is the self-parking lot is a hike from the hotel and you need to be careful about when the servers add gratuity to your bill.

8. Their best asset is the refined modern decoration which is a brilliant contrast with the horrible decoration you find in most hotels in the region (heavy tuscany style, american 'pseudo' italian ambiance, etc.
