7. Food: We got food by the pool a few times and did the Sunday brunch at La Cocina - Pool service is very, very slow by two pretty surly and inefficient servers - they need another server or two, and the kitchen needs to pick up the pace.

8. WiFi broadband that is offered as part of the $20 daily service charge is way too slow at 768K speed, and the available WiFi speed upgrade was something like $10 per day.
