We used a UK company, Dial-A-Flight (very good, used them 3 times now), who found exactly what we wanted after beating 2 major package holiday providers who will for the sake of integrity, stay anonymous ;)We found out after we had paid that there was a 'resort fee' applicable each night, which was a very honest mistake on Dial-A-Flights' part, so I took 10 minutes out at lunch and called the hotel to clarify the negative reviews on Trip Advisor as each one appeared to have experienced the same issues.

4. This was obviosly just an honest mistake but I would expect a hotel of this size to better educate its staff especially when I called way in advance to make sure they were aware of my situation.

5. As for cleanliness-when we checked into our room my husband found a book on the floor by the bed, we thought nothing of this as any maid could make a mistake and overlook something but later when I found a dirty woman's bra beside the chaise I really was quite disgusted and it made me quite worried about the other things the staff could have missed.

6. since its their mistake they should have fixed it or tried to compensate for it and accomodate us but no, they didn't do anything.

7. My Only complaint is the balcony is not really a true balcony that you can lounge out at night but that was my mistake for not doing more research.
