1. Staying at a Disney resort minimizes the time getting to the parks (drop off at park entrance vs the transportation center) and includes Extra Magic Hours (helps avoid the crowds and having to wait in the associated long lines).

2. The 'gangs' of chino-clad conventioneers roamed the corridors and public areas at all times so if you have an adversity to lanyards, polo shirts & people shouting at each other maybe best to avoid this place.

3. Traffic off the Interstate into Lake Buena Vista was horrendous, but properly planned, could be avoided.

5. The property is located near LBV but you access it from the north so you can avoid having to go thru the main LBV gate and traffic.

6. I guess from what others say, avoid school break and you'll have the place to yourself.

7. All in all, I would definitely stay here again, but I would avoid the extra hidden expenses (like the grotto pool bar) and overly expensive restaurants.

9. Did notice that the self parking lot got full and people parked on resort road, maybe to avoid the fee.
