The charge yes it is quite pricey but we was aware of this before booking the hotel did say we had to pay for parking which was 11 dollars a night and we had to explain it was free fir virgin customers but receptionist had not heard of this and told us to rake it up with virgin which we thought was fair enough only problem been virgin did not get in contact with us and when did they did not sort it so we told manager of hotel and explained we had brouchor which states free parking and she was more than happy to take the charge off and did not need proof she was excellent unlike virgin who I've complained about.
