1. had I been an individual traveler I would have been screwed (though also would not have made the same error if I had been booking directly with the hotel instead of having to navigate our corporate site).

4. If this was an error why then was a also charged a further 27 dollars per night for the final 2 nights of our stay after our cruise.

5. Again staff said it must have been an error again this was after I had to dispute the charges, again we were happy to pay the 12 dollars per night fee but no more.

6. I spoke to the staff at the hotel regarding this they said that this was an error and that the resort fee was 12 dollars per night and that we would not be charged for the additional costs.
