3. worst of all, room service pounded on my door and called my phone at 6am and I didn't order room service, so really they just woke me up for no reason.

4. Do you want to have hospital bright lights when you need to use the restroom in the middle of the night?worst of all was the really really old TV - it was actually embarassing to see in 2010 that a property with the brand of Omni didn't have a flat screen with HD.
