6. Aside from one rude front desk employee (who later called back to apologize, to his credit), the service is classy, the rooms are standard sized, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, and the spa/fitness center are very nice.

8. Requested a non-smoking room, got a smoking room, requested a dedicated phone line, no phone line, requested dsl for business purposes none was provided, elevators didn't work, room keys didn't work, rooms and halls were duty and to add to it all a very rude manager named Mary refused to help.
