5. Being in downtown LA before, I was actually hoping to get the Westin property since I`ve been there before and knew what to expect, was a bit disappointed at first when I got this one but after staying here I can easily say that Im happy that I did as this beats the westin in everyway.

8. I would have liked a rowing machine, but I get the sense that rowing machines are not that popular these days in general, so I wasn't entirely surprised or disappointed that there wasn't one there.

10. We had booked a club room and were not disappointed in the extras - lovely breakfast served in the Club lounge, evening cocktails, wine and substantial canapes (didn't need a starter for dinner).
