1. The room was pretty standard: comfortable size, two double beds, great view, wonderful shower (blessings upon the person who put in an old-fashioned shower head, with a hard, steady flow).

3. Good sound insulation, curtains close out the light pretty well, mattress on the hard side (I like it that way) so quality of sleep was excellent.

5. There was a few minute wait for someone to take your car from you, but they were working hard and each time I saw a manager or concierge helping out.

7. Will I stay here again? It's hard to say no because the value was very good, but what turns me off was service, which I less than what I expected from the number one rated hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.

10. Nothing was too much to ask and they did something extra if you were just nice and friendly back (which is hardly anything to ask really).
