1. The room was absolutely amazing all except for the lack of HD on their flat panel televisions.

7. As for one review saying that hotel lacks character, you have to remember, that this big of a hotel chain has to be pleasing to a lot of different clients with all different tastes so it has to be non offensive and pleasant for just about everyone.
