1. The other downside is the parking; you have to pay usd 40 during the week and usd 20 during the weekend even if you stay in the hotel.

3. Only downside was lack of local shops/bars on the Friday evening but this is something you have to accept when booking a hotel in the financial district.

7. Again, the only downside is it's physical location, as it is not super close to most sites in LA, but it is like a two minute walk to the LA Disney Concert Hall (which is an amazing building), and some cool restaurants/bars in the (not too far) neighbourhood.
